Returns

Enjoy our distinctive fusion of ancient, oriental acumen and modern dermal re-sculpturing technology. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item for a full refund within 30 working days from delivery.

Within the order packaging, you will find a Returns Note section with details of your order. Follow the simple steps below (Return Steps) for an easy return.

If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Services Team on: 1 800 925 9813 (Monday to Sunday except Christmas day we are closed).

Regretfully, return shipping fees are not refundable. Aphelia do not accept responsibility for return of merchandise that is not insured and sent using a traceable method.

Any refunds (the price paid by you for the goods exclusive of the initial delivery charge) will be credited back to your original payment method within thirty (30) days of receiving your returned goods.

  STEP ONE

·       Please fill out the Return Merchandise/ Exchange section on the back of the packing slip (enclosed in your original order) and place it inside the return package.

·       Please tick a reason for return code on the return notice section :     

·       Damaged / Incorrect items delivered/ Exchange

If you are returning or exchanging a gift, please check the box marked "Gift Return" on the back of the invoice.

  STEP TWO

·       Make a copy of the completed invoice for your records.

STEP THREE

·       Affix the return label provided with the product on the outside of your return carton

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are made. Simply call our Customer Care line on 1 800 925 9813 during our opening hours (Monday to Sunday except Christmas day we are closed).

Damaged Items

If the goods you receive are damaged we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some signs of wear and tear. However for any item(s) in your shipment is damaged please notify us immediately.

Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Team 1 800 925 9813 (Monday to Sunday except Christmas day we are closed).      

To assure fast resolution, please provide the order number, your email address and contact phone number. Important: keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier so a claim can be made.
